- The palate is fresh and vibrant with vibrant acidity balanced by weight and texture from the barrel fermentation and a long persistent gin and tonic like finish

- Totally exotic almost like a tiki drink with its mysterious blood orange seared stone fruit and smoked lime characters married to a demerara edge of sweetness and a salty tangy finish coming off clean and refreshing!

Man O' War Dreadnought Syrah
- A classically styled Syrah with really lifted spice and floral notes over laying a more savoury umami character
- Underneath the aromatic lift is a layer of red berry fruit characters which lead into a soft and supple palate following with a clear focused acidity and fine tannins, all finishing with a trademark long persistence that is fresh and slightly salty
- ABV: 13.86%
Man O' War Valhalla Chardonnay
- The Valhalla has a wealth of ripe aromas; nectarine and grapefruit with complex layers of baking bread, cashew and flinty reductive elements
- Rich and fulsome on the palate, with a spine of acidity harmoniously interwoven with richness and a ripe citrus finish
- This wine is beautifully composed and magnificently styled, an iconic Chardonnay for the ages

Man O' War Estate Syrah
- Incredibly lifted with tons of sweet blueberry fruit and black pepper with lovely hints of apricot from the Viognier
- The fruit was picked relatively early providing a real crispness on the palate but with plenty of fruit intensity and weight finishing with a nice grip of tannin
- ABV: 13.78%
