- The vineyards of Chateau Arcades stretch over clay/limestone and lacustrine soils. Chateau Arcades produces a red wine with a bouquet of red fruit and spice, tinged with a hint of moka. It is amazingly fresh with hints of burgundy and fine, sweet tannins. Chateau Arcades should be enjoyed at a temperature of 18oC and goes wonderfully well with grilled meat and herbs, and regional cheese varieties
