• This Rosé presents in a crisp, dry style with hinting aromatics of strawberries and white florals.  Melon, red berries and citrus trace the palate, while natural acidity and generous mouth feel add balance.  As the wine settles into itself, it will mature with a subtle softening of the flavours highlighting the wine’s overall complexity
• Made using traditional Rosé development techniques, the Syrah defines the aromatics while the Merlot provides berry-fruit sweetness and a juicy mid-palate
