• Cannelloni di Spinaci filled with ricotta, spinach, parmesan, garlic finished with mozzarella and tomato
• Gnocchi al Ragu di Agnello with slow-cooked lamb ragu made with stock veges, white wine, garlic, lemon zest & parsley topped with parmesan and gremolata
• Pizza Primavera Bianca – Mozzarella base topped with Parma ham, fresh rocket and Parmesan cheese
• Pizza Ortolana – tomato, mozzarella, shaved zucchini, capsicum, eggplant
• Spaghetti allo Scoglio – prawns, calamari and mussels tossed with garlic, cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon, EV olive oil
• Risotto di Zola with broccoli and Italian gorgonzola topped with parmesan and toasted walnuts
