About The Norma Jean:
Built in 2006 by renowned local boat builder, Dave Wade, she is a 45 foot mono-hull with a 15 foot beam. With a Cummins 6 Cylinder Diesel powering her via shaft, she gets up and cruises happily at 16 knots with a sprint speed of 20 knots. She boasts a full walk around deck with ample room fore and aft for many anglers to take up. Lots of comfortable seating around the boat makes those 2-hour trips go by in a flash. She has a carrying capacity of 30 people, and with berths enough for 7 people (including skipper) to stay overnight. She has a large list of amenities to keep the comfort level high, including hot water cylinder, shower, toilet, TV, full kitchen with gas oven and stove, and even an on-board BBQ.
She has recently undergone a major refit, refining her back into prime condition, not to mention making her look very appealing to the eyes. With the strong reliability of a Cummins engine, and solid build, she has been tried and tested in all conditions and provides a stable and safe ride. You can rely on Norma to get you wherever you want to go and get you back home safe, while remaining comfortable.
