Play Paddock:
The extensive Play Paddock provides a huge amount of activities and play structures for active kids of all ages. Kids can ride the two Hills and Thrills Bike Tracks, one for children up to seven years, and another mountain bike track for kids eight to 12 years. This specially designed tracks use Pedal-less Balance Bikes, to help develop skills and confidence on downhill twists and turns. Bikes are provided.
About the Bush Discovery Trail:
Explore the Native Bird Reserve and find yourself in a replica miner's camp, on the edge of an eel and freshwater crayfish pond, and in the middle of an enlightening bird education area. You'll follow the beautiful walking track through the mature native forest and find out so much about our country's rich wildlife, flora and fauna, and early Maori history.

About Bullswool Heritage Farm:
Just minutes from Karangahake Gorge, Bullswool Heritage Farm offers you the chance to explore 100 acres of stunning farmland while making lots of furry friends along the way. There are miniature horses, emus, goats donkeys, alpacas and llamas. There are adorable kune-kune pigs, fantastic pheasants, and rare breeds of chicken, deer, turkeys, large horses and ducks. You get the idea; they've got pretty much every farm animal you can think of and some you'd probably never imagine.
