Riders must be aged 12 or over and at least 1.4m tall. Closed-in shoes, sunblock, warm clothing, a water bottle and sunglasses are recommended.

A FareHarbor booking fee is additional to the advertised price; the fee and total are shown before payment. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. No GrabOne voucher is issued and GrabOne does not process payment. The booking is valid only for the confirmed activity, time and participants. Riders must be aged 12 or over and at least 1.4 m tall. Closed-in shoes, sunblock, warm clothing, a water bottle and sunglasses are recommended. Driftkarts do not operate in wet conditions. Cancellations made with at least 72 hours' notice receive a full refund or credit, and a full refund or credit is also given if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Decisions to suspend or cancel operations are at Velocity Karts' sole discretion, and customer cancellations outside this policy will likely result in forfeiture of payment. For group bookings, cancellations that can't be rebooked by another customer may not be refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price.
