Matakana Local Artisan Picnic Box

• $99 to share (small for 2-3ppl)

Includes:

• Local artisan picnic box featuring sliced meats, smoked salmon, artisan cheeses, crackers, condiments, and a sweet treat.
• Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins included.
• Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
• Optional insulated picnic backpack hire available for $25 per booking, including picnic blanket, plates, wine glasses, and cutlery.

Conditions:

• Minimum 2 days' notice required.
• Available 7 days per week.
• Pick-up from Warkworth.
• Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location; please enquire directly with the merchant.
• Additional guests may be added for $50 per person, payable directly to the merchant.

Mystery Picnic Experience (Self-Drive):

• $250 for 2 people
• $350 for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 16yrs

Includes:

• Welcome beverage on arrival.
• Meeting point in Warkworth.
• Map, clues, and a "base picnic" including sliced meats, cheeses, crackers, condiments, and a sweet treat.
• Additional food items collected from participating vendors along the route.
• Disposable plates and cutlery provided.
• BYO beverages.
• Approximately 6 mystery stops.
• Full-day experience allowing approximately 3–4 hours.
• Start times available every 30 minutes between 9:00am and 12:00pm, subject to availability.
• Distances between stops range from a short walk to a 15–20 minute drive.
• Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

Conditions:

• Minimum 3 days' notice required.
• Valid Saturdays and Sundays only.
• Weekday bookings may be available for an additional $30 per booking, payable directly to the merchant.
• Additional guests: $50 per adult and $25 per child (under 16 years), payable directly to the merchant.
• Upgrade to a Premium Mystery Picnic (includes extra activity, food and drink) for $100 per booking after purchase.
• Additional guests on Premium bookings are $75 per person.
• If a participating vendor is unavailable on the day, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
• Operates rain, hail, or shine.
• Free postponement with a minimum of 3 days' notice.
• Changes made within 48 hours of the booking date incur a $40 administration fee.
• Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
• Dogs welcome.

Pedal n Picnic Experience (Matakana Only – E-Bike Hire Included):

• $590 for 2 people

• Meeting point in Matakana.

• Additional food items collected from participating vendors along the route.
• E-bike hire included.
• Disposable plates and cutlery provided.
• BYO beverages.
• Approximately 5 mystery stops.
• Full-day experience allowing approximately 4–5 hours.
• Start times available every 30 minutes between 9:00am and 12:00pm, subject to availability.
• Distances between stops vary from short walks to rides of approximately 15–40 minutes.
• Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
