All children 9 years old and under must be accompanied on the waterpark by a paying adult at a ratio of 1 accompanying adult per 2 children. Children 7 years old and under must prove proficient swimming ability to Head lifeguard. All participants must pass a simple swimming test in a lifejacket. This is 10m from the entry point to the waterpark. For safety reasons, Waterworld reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone they deem to have not passed the swimming test. If you are refused entry a refund will be issued by GrabOne. Customers must enter voucher code into online booking system at www.dialled.co.nz/waterworld to reserve a time/day.
