Maximum room occupancy is two people. Cannot combine coupons to lengthen stay. Not valid on public holidays. Max weight is 100kgs. Parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18. Children under 12 should be evaluated on an individual basis. All flights are weather dependent. In the event that the weather is unsuitable on the day of your scheduled booking, your flight will be cancelled and rescheduled at no additional cost to you. When booking please provide them with suitable contact information so they can get hold of you on the day. They suggest you call us on the morning of your flight if you have any doubt about the weather. The company reserves the right to postpone/cancel any trips due to adverse weather conditions. The Passenger acknowledges that the company may need to cancel or reschedule flights or services due to landing restrictions, unsuitable weather conditions, technical problems, operational reasons, or any event beyond the companies reasonable control. Company will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation. Some supplier’s products and services associated with our packages are non-refundable or incur separate fees. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period. Voucher is void if the voucher holder cancels within 72 hours of flight or is a “no-show” on the day.
