Valid for option stipulated on coupon. Vans and utes include the passenger cabin only unless otherwise agreed. Outdoor bookings may need to be rescheduled during unsafe or unsuitable weather. Customer must provide a safe off-street parking or working area with sufficient room around the vehicle. Access to a suitable outdoor water tap and nearby power outlet may be required and will be confirmed when booking. Personal belongings and valuables must be removed before the technician arrives. Child seats must be removed before arrival unless child-seat cleaning has been purchased. Standard household use and ordinary vehicle soiling are included. Does not include upholstery shampooing, carpet extraction, engine-bay cleaning, machine polishing, paint correction, ceramic coatings or specialist detailing. Permanent stains, scratches, paint defects and odours cannot be guaranteed to be removed. Heavy pet hair, excessive sand, mud, stains, strong odours or excessive rubbish may incur an additional charge. Commercial vehicles and excessively contaminated vehicles may require a separate quotation. Parking charges, where applicable, are payable by the customer. Additional travel outside the advertised area, quoted before booking. Any additional charge will be discussed before extra work is completed, payable direct. Not valid on public holidays.
