Cleaning Instructions:

• Press your thumb down on the plastic opener (holding the mouthpiece) and ensure it is upright.
• Pull out the silicone mouthpiece from the bottom, and push through the top end for assistance. Wash the silicone mouthpiece and plastic bottle cap, separately.
• Pull out the silicone ring and silicone air seal. Wash.
• Please make sure all pieces are dried before putting them back together.
• Open the cap, and push and pull the silicone mouthpiece through, ensuring all sections are aligned. (including silicone ring and silicone air seal). The cap is assembled.
