Remedial Massage

This can involve deep tissue massage, (A type of massage therapy that involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia), stretch therapy, myofascial release, (treating the tissues that surround and support muscles), trigger point therapy,(acupressure) and relaxation treatment.

Sports Massage

This is ideal for athletes, sports people or the very active who want specific treatments for their field of activity or sport. Sports massage takes into account the biomechanics of your activities and looks at problem areas that arise from overuse of fatigue of certain muscle groups and tendons. 

Relaxation Massage

Is for those just looking to relax their body and mind who don’t necessarily have a specific problem area in their body. This is not necessarily a soft shallow massage, but one that will not only feel good but treat the whole body to an all-over experience that will promote circulation and rejuvenation from head to toe. Aromatherapy oils can be added for increased effect.

Myofascial Cupping
