Swedish Massage:
Focuses on whole-body muscle relaxation and increasing blood circulation through long, gliding and kneading strokes in the direction of blood-flow returning to the heart. It also increases oxygen levels in the blood, releasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Each session is customized to your specific needs.

Deep Tissue Massage:
Deep Tissue or Shiatsu Massage targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons and fascia (dense connective tissue). Using similar strokes and kneading in as Swedish massage but with more focused pressure, Deep Tissue Massage facilitates healing by releasing contracted areas of muscle and tissue. While sometimes painful, it increases blood flow to the soft tissues and can reduce inflammation. Best suited for athletes, runners, and people recovering from injuries, also effective for chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and lower back pain
