About classes:

• SPIN: Cardio and toning work out using legs, bottoms and abs. Two levels to ride at Low, High and on a cycle bike. Great for increasing fitness.
• ZUMBA: A mixture of low and high intensity movements. Enjoy an energentic, fun and calorie burning dance party.
• STEP: Basic choreography utilizing the step. Designed to get the legs and heart rate moving. Perfect for those looking to get back into cardio.
• PILATES: Integrating mind body & breathing to give great muscle tone and heightened awareness of posture and form.
• STRETCH: A mix of yoga, pilates & functional stretching to improve your flexibility, strength & mobility.
• BAT: Using equipment or own body weight to tone Bottom, Abs & Thighs. High intensity and low level cardio good for beginners or those looking to shape and tone those areas.
• HIIT: An excercise strategy alternating periods of short intense excercises with less intense recovery periods. Using a range of excercises and equipment. 
• TONED: A range of excercises and equipment used in conjunction with one another to tone, strengthen and sculpt your glutes, core and abs.
• SWISSBALL: A class focused on toning and sculping whilst also improving your stability & balance. Utilise the swissball and various weights to get you on the way to a fitter leaner you.
• BOX FIT: Incorporating pad-work and functional movements whilst giving you a highly energentic full body workout. Lets have fun and release some stress!
• KONGA: High intensity movements from aerobics, dance, functional body movements, toning and cardio ideal for all levels - just up your temp and energy to work yourself harder.

• Monday: TONED (30 mins) 6.00am, HIIT (30 mins) 9.30am, SPIN (30 mins) 5.30pm, KONGA (30 mins) 6.15pm
• Tuesday: TONED (45 mins) 12.15pm, ZUMBA (45 mins) 5.30pm, BOXFIT (45 mins) 6.15pm
• Wednesday: SWISSBALL (30 mins) 6.00am, TONED (45 mins) 9.30pm, BAT (45 mins) 5.30pm, PILATES (30 mins) 6.15pm
• Thursday: STEP (45 mins) 5.30pm, STRETCH (30 mins) 6.15pm
• Friday: HIIT (30 mins) 6.00am, STEP (30 mins) 9.30am
• Saturday: ZUMBA (45 mins) 9.45am, STRETCH (45 mins) 10.30am
