Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• When you taste Tuscan Blend extra virgin olive oil you will pick up the fruitiness and butteriness of the Frantoio and then you will get the peppery after-taste on the back palate from the Leccino olives
• These varieties are the predominant olives of Tuscany and were chosen for their fresh, peppery and intense flavours
• The vintage has similar characteristics to the New York Gold award-winning 2015 vintage - fruity, and buttery with a gentle pepperiness on the back palate
• Suggested Uses: Use this oil to dress salads or as a general-purpose cooking oil. Great for mushrooms, skinless chicken thighs, eye fillet steak or fish fillets. It will bring out the flavours well, particularly if herbs and rubs are used.
