Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
On arrival at Delhi airport meet and greet by Abyss Tours representative later transfer to your hotel - stay overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Old Delhi City Tour
Start by visiting the Jama Masjid, a treasure of the Old city, and the largest mosque in India. Continue your day with a stop at Chandni Chowk (the Moonlight Square), one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Then head to the Spice Market, Asia’s largest wholesale spice market when you will find hundreds of shops dealing in refined, local and exotic spices. This large market area is rich in colour and photographic opporuntities, and is well worth seeking out. Before to head to Red Fort, we will stop for lunch. Then you will have the opportunity to visit the most famous monument of Delhi. The Red Fort, stands as a powerful reminder of the Mughal emperors who ruled India. Later back to the hotel – stay overnight.
Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur
After reaching Jaipur, you will have lunch and then start a sightseeing tour of a few places of the city including the city Palace, Jantar Mantar and Albert Hall Museum – later back to the Hotel, stay overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 4: Jaipur
Early morning after breakfast proceed to sightseeing tour of Jaipur, direct sunlight on the Jawa Mahal is most amazing sights to see from outside and will stop there for photo shoot. Later drive to Amer Fort, there you will experience the Jeep ride from old town to reach the Courtyard of Amer Fort, the same route that the King army used back in the days. After sightseeing, we will stop for lunch, then you will visit the most unique Art of Jaipur which is Block printing – Evening free, visit the local markets then head back to your hotel, stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur to Agra
After breakfast proceed to Agra and visit en route to Fatehpur Sikri, a perfect blend of Indian, Islamic and Persian architecture built using red sandstone. Later proceed to Agra. On arrival check in at the Hotel – Stay overnight in Agra.
Day 6: Agra to Varanasi - Overnight Train
Early morning sunrise visit to Taj Mahal. The monument stands proof for the brilliance of Mughal architecture. It is a feast to your eyes and senses to watch the unmatched beauty on the night of full moon day. (*Taj Mahal Closed on every Friday). Later back to your hotel for Breakfast, after 1-2 hours we will checkout and visit Agra Fort, the 16th century monument proof of the architectural brilliance of Mughals. This is situated near the gardens of the world famous Taj Mahal. Then we will stop at Itmad-ud-Daulah, India’s first tomb to be made completely out of marble. Evening transfer to Train station for train to Varanasi – Stay overnight in Aircon sleeper Train.
Day 7: Varanasi
Early Morning on arrival to Varanasi Train Station – Meet and greet with our representative that will help for the transfer to your hotel. (*As early arrival in the Varanasi extra breakfast in inclusive) afternoon start a sightseeing tour of Varanasi By Experiencing the Old Town with Rickshaw ride and visit Anaapoorna Devi temple, AssiGhat, Bharat Mata Temple and DashaswamedGhat. In the evening visit the Ganges Aarti Ceremony. Later drive back to the hotel – stay overnight at the hotel in Varanasi.
Day 8: Varanasi (Boat ride for the sunrise on the Ganges) & Buddhist Temple Sarnath excursion
Start your day with a beautiful and majestic sunrise on the Ganges with a boat ride, later back to your hotel for breakfast. After your breakfast, you will have some time to relax at the hotel then in the afternoon, head to visit Banaras Hindu University, Sarnath, Sarnath Buddhist Temple, Sarnath Museum and the Pillars of Ashoka. Evening free to visit the local markets – stay overnight at Hotel in Varanasi.
Day 9: Varanasi to Delhi
As per the flight departure time you will be transfer to the Airport for your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi airport, meets and greets with our representative that will later transfer you to your hotel – stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 10: New Delhi City Tour
After breakfast, start sightseeing tour of New Delhi and visit Outub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, the lotus temple, India Gate and Laxmi Narayan Temple. Later back to the hotel for a farewell dinner for all group members. Finish the day with a group picture which will be given to each member of the group. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 11: Delhi Airport Drop
You will be transferred to the Airport for a flight to your onward destination.
