Day 1 Hanoi - airport pick up - Check in hotel in Hanoi (Meal: No)
Your will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You will then have free time to explore Hanoi City at your leisure. Note: Check in time is 1.00 P.M.
Day 2 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Alova Gold Cruises (Meal: B, L, D )
Board your Alova Gold Cruise and spend two days and one night exploring the breathtaking and peaceful views of Halong Bay. Start cruising and enjoy a special feast of Vietnamese dishes while the cruise slowly makes it's way through Halong Bay. Relax on the sundeck or take part in activities as kayaking, swimming and cooking classes. You can also go ashore and visit the Sung Sot cave and Ti Top Island.

Day 4 Hanoi Free day – Train station transfer- Night train to Da Nang (Meal: B )
Today, you are free to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter, until it is time to transfer to the Hanoi Train Station for the night train to Da Nang. The train journey will take around 13 hours. On the train you can view the beautiful countryside and coastline. Stay overnight on the train and arrive at the Da Nang train station at around 10.30am.
Day 5 Da Nang pick up - Check in hotel in Hoi An town (meal: No)
You will be picked up from the train station and transfered to your hotel in the Hoi An ancient town. The rest of the day is free for relaxing or sight seeing.
Day 6 Hoi An - My Son half-day private tour (Meal: B, L)
8.00am- Your guide will come to meet you at your hotel and then you will drive to My Son, a UNESCO World Heritage site 40kms southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of the Cham people. Today you can see the remains of the red brick towers and sanctuaries. These were built from between the 7th and 13th centuries. My Son is considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. You will have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel.
Day 7 Hoi An Free and Easy (Meal: B )
Today you are free to visit Hoi An town. You can enjoy some tea at an old traditional tea house or watch the local farmers and fisherman go about their daily business. There is also a beach perfect for relaxing if you prefer.
Day 8 Hoi An - Airport transfer - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City - Pick up- check in Hotel (Meal: B )
After breakfast at your hotel and you have free until your are picked up to be transferred to the airport. Today, you will have a flight to Ho Chi Minh City where you will stay overnight.
Day 9 HCMC - Mekong delta - Cai Be Floating Market - Vinh Long tour (Meal: B, L )
8.00am - You will be picked up from your hotel
8.15am - Start the drive to Cai Be. There will be a short stop to take photos at Tan An town over the flat rice fields.
10.30am - Board a motorized boat which will take you to the Cai Be floating market. Experience how local people exchange fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. You can then roam into the small villages to visit the orchards and fruit plantations. The cruise then continues to Vinh Long through small canals to allow you to enjoy the charm of the Upper Mekong Delta. Visit family businesses producing products such as the coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn.
Arrive in Binh Hoa Phuoc village, the green pearl of Vinh Long town, where you can surround yourself with nature. Enjoy a lunch of fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Listen to some southern Vietnamese traditional folk music. Take a nice walk through the bonsai garden, in Vinh Long. Head home to Ho Chi Minh City.
6.30pm - Arrive in your hotel.
Day 10 Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi tunnel tour (Meal: B, L )
8.30am - You will be picked up from you hotel and then start the drive to Cu Chi which is located 60km from Ho Chi Minh City. Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti-American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for it's original tunnel system of over 220kms and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. The peaceful rural rice paddy scenery includes ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage and defoliation caused to this area by bombing and mines when Cu Chi was" A Free Target Zone ". Visitors will see remnants that serve as evidence of the fierce battleground that Cu Chi once was.
12.00pm - Have lunch in a local restaurant
1.00pm - Depart for Ho Chi Minh City
2.00pm - Arrive at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 11 Ho Chi Minh City - Airport transfer - end the trip (Meal: B )
This day you are free to visit Ho Chi Minh City and shop for souvernirs until it is time to transfer Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight back home.
