Day 1: Auckland Airport - Auckland City
The rental company will pick you up at the airport to collect your car and sign the rental contract.

Included Eden Park Stadium Tour: Relive great sporting moments as you go behind the scenes on New Zealand’s most famous stadium tour. You’ll be guided by expert historians who are passionate about sports and the Park and volunteer their time.
Glamping single dome Eden Park: Enjoy the unique experience of spending the night in the famous Eden Park stadium, a legendary location for all rugby lovers. You will have the whole stadium for yourselves for one night. There are plenty of delicious options for dining out within a 5-minute walk. Parking is included in your reservation.
Day 2: Auckland City - Taupo - Orakei Korako – Taupo
TAUPO, capital of the North Island for outdoor activities: tandem parachute jump, bungee jumping, helicopter, jet boat ... you will not be bored!
Included Orakei Korako: Also known as the Hidden Valley. The Silica Terraces that form the base of Orakei-Korako Geyserland and Thermal Park are believed to be the largest of its kind since the destruction of the famous Pink and White Terraces in 1886 on the edge of Lake Rotomahana beneath Mount Tarawera. At present, there are up to 23 active natural geysers that play freely throughout the area. There is a vast number of boiling hot springs to view at Orakei Korako as well as mud pools and there are extensive bush walks to enjoy through areas of native flora and fauna.

Day 3: Taupo (B)
Included Sailing cruise Lake Taupo: This activity is ranked amongst one of the best activities in Taupo.
A 2.5 hour Taupo sailing trip on board one of two beautifully restored yachts (NZ's only commercially operated electric yachts and boutique boat cinema) is nothing like your run-of-the-mill scenic cruise. It is the best sail cruise on the lake! Locally owned and operated since 1983, these eco-friendly boats offer year-round Taupo water activities the Kiwi way. Lounge on comfortable bean-bag style seating, looking out over sparkling bays or stormy waters (they are equipped for all conditions); go for a swim in the crystal clear waters, visit the world renowned Maori Rock Carvings & learn about Taupo's history. Help hoist the sails, take a turn at the wheel or relax and enjoy the sun on the spacious deck; enjoy a complimentary beverage and Sail Barbary postcard on every cruise. Day 4: Taupo - Tongariro National Park – Tapuae (Ridge Top Farm) (B, D)
TONGARIRO NATIONAL PARK, you are entering the 4th park in the world to have been classified as a National Park (1897). It then obtained its UNESCO World Heritage ranking in 1990 for its cultural and natural value. The three sleeping volcanoes, Mount Tongariro 1967m, Mount Ngauruhoe 2287m and Mount Ruapehu 2797m, make it legendary. It is also the birthplace of New Zealand's most famous day hike, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing with breathtaking landscapes, interspersed with geothermal phenomena like Emerald Lakes and the Blue Lake in green and turquoise blue.
Ridge Top Farm, Tapuae: The 1500 acre sheep and beef farm offers you stunning panoramic views encompassing Kapiti Island, Mt Egmont and Mt Ruapehu - the perfect place to soak up the central North Island scenery. Escape the rat race and relish the beauty of nature - the birds singing, streams trickling and breathe in the fresh rural air. Ridge Top Farm Walk is an experience that everyone will love. This quintessential Kiwi farm offers an entertaining taste of true rural New Zealand.
Arrive at Ridge Top Farm Glamping Site between 4pm and 7pm where your hosts will check you in. Make yourselves at home and await delivery of your delicious 2 course dinner all prepared for you to finish off on the BBQ. Provisions for the following day's breakfast will also be delivered and you will be given your walk briefing and maps for the next day. All meals will be prepared from local or homegrown produce.
Day 5: Ridge Top Farm Walk, Tapuae (B,L,D)
Hiking: After breakfast, you will be delivered you your packed lunch (approx. 10.30am). You will then be all ready to begin your walk. We recommend you to leave the campsite around 11.30am to arrive at Nolan's Hutt for lunch (approx 1 hour). Head off in a North-West direction from the campsite up onto the Ridge where you will enjoy spectacular views of Mt Egmont and Mt Ruapehu. Head downhill across the creek and meander across rolling farmland. See plenty of sheep & cattle along the way. Climb back up onto the Ridge you will come across Nolan's Hutt, your lunch spot. At Nolan's Hutt there are deck chairs and picnic rugs available for you to use so you can relax and enjoy the 360 degree views while having lunch. At approx. 500m you will enjoy 360 degree views of Kapiti Island, Mt Egmont, Mt Ruapehu and the
Ruahine Ranges.
After lunch continue along the Ridge enjoying the spectacular farmland and mountain views before coming back down onto the road, along the grass airstrip (used for top dressing) and back to the campsite. Once there, enjoy a beverage, soak in the outdoor baths, and wait for your 2 course evening meal to be delivered once again. Breakfast provisions for the next day will be delivered along with a short briefing and map for the Day 2 walk.
Day 6: Ridge Top Farm, Tapuae - Wellington City (B,L)
Hiking: The second day will take you approx. 1 1/2 hour and we recommend you begin the walk so you have enough time to complete it and check-out before 12pm. Your packed lunch will be waiting for you back at the campsite to take with you as you. The walk starts in the South East direction with rolling hills where you will come across views of the Ruahine Ranges, Feilding, Palmerston North City and the Manawatu Windmills in the far distance. It then drops back down along the rejuvenating wetland which you will meander along and over before arriving back at the campsite. Once back at the Campsite your packed lunch awaits you before you make your way on to Wellington.
