hello@urbancare.co.nz. This offer is valid for a single visit within a 25km radius of Auckland CBD. A travel fee of $25/km will be applied for locations outside this radius. Call the merchant before purchasing if you have any doubts. The service is based on man hours, meaning it could be one staff member for four hours or two staff members for two hours. Should you require more time, standard rates for additional labour will apply. Each customer is allowed a maximum of two vouchers per visit. Any hedge trimming above 2 meters will incur an additional fee, which is payable directly to the merchant. Additional charges also apply for off-site removal of clippings or rubbish and weed spraying, payable directly. Services exclude chainsaw work and are not available on public holidays. Refunds are only provided where required by law. There are no cash-back options, and this offer cannot be combined with other promotions. A 48-hour cancellation policy is in place. Please ensure dogs are secured and know that parking fees may apply. Electricity for the job is the responsibility of the customer.
