Moss & Mould Treatment
- The "moss & mould treatment" applies a coating to those surfaces with a slow-release chemical that will inhibit the reestablishment of moss & mould in the immediate future (generally up to 12 months). This will keep the pathways, decks, patios, and driveways looking pristine. Any regrowth during the first 9 months would be dealt with promptly on request, at no additional cost to the customer.

House Washing (available at an extra cost)
Professional Property Services use a "soft-wash" process where a cleaning solution is applied by brush to all painted and sealed surfaces from gutters down to the bottom of the exterior cladding and rinsed off with a hose at normal tap pressure. This process does not involve the use of a water-blaster. Exterior windows are scrubbed with a cleaning solution and rinsed off by hose as part of the house-wash process (note this does not include window detailing, and some stubborn marks may not be removed by the wash process). Ask for a quote when booking.
Interior Window Detailed Cleaning (available at an extra cost)
Your interior windows will be cleaned and bladed dry. Window sills and window frames will be wiped clean - perfect for completing the overall clean and fresh look of a house wash. This service can remove those insect marks, mould build-up and of course little finger marks. Ask for a quote when booking.
Gutter Cleaning Options (available at an additional cost)
Remove that “roof garden” you can see peering out over your gutters! Removal of debris within the gutter and flushing to ensure the gutter system is flowing properly can avoid nasty overflow and water damage issues. Ask for a quote when booking.

The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items in the immediate proximity of the work area.
