Any plumbing leaks must be fixed prior to booking the install
Any rubbish under the house must be cleared prior to installation failure to remove will incur extra costs
Variance of ground to joist heights under the entire crawl space
Pipes and Electrical inhibiting access

- Any issue which needs to be attended to prior to installation will be identified in the site assessment

Health and Safety:

Provision of adequate access (manhole) to the underfloor is the responsibility of the owner and needs to be at least 350mm in height (safe clearance to work under)
There must be clearance from the ground to the bottom of the floor joist of 350mm for installers to lay a Ground Moisture Barrier
