GrabOne Perks Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and GrabOne New Zealand Pty Ltd ("GrabOne", "we", "us", or "our"), setting out the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Your use of the GrabOne Perks membership and its benefits is governed by these Terms, along with any other applicable terms for GrabOne services. The GrabOne Policies are incorporated by reference.

References to “GrabOne Perks” include both “GrabOne Perks” and “PERKS” unless stated otherwise.

1. Enrolling in GrabOne Perks

To join GrabOne Perks, you must have a valid GrabOne account. You can enrol by:

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours detailing your membership, benefits, and billing date. GrabOne may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

2. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel any time by logging into your account, going to the Perks tab, and clicking "End Membership.” A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours confirming your membership has ended.

Membership benefits end will continue to apply after cancellation until your Membership End Date, you won’t be billed again unless you re-join.

Important: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your membership.

We may retain membership data for analysis or record-keeping purposes.

3. Membership Benefits

With an active GrabOne Perks membership, you’ll receive:

  • Monthly Credit Codes: $15 credit each month (min spend $50, valid for the month issued).
  • Early Access: Advance notice of offers via email.
  • Exclusive Deals: Access to member-only deals (requires marketing email opt-in).
  • Monthly Giveaways: Entry into prize draws for active members.
  • Priority Support: Faster customer service queue placement.

Additional perks may be added at GrabOne’s discretion.

4. Membership Fees

Annual membership costs NZD $29.99 and lasts 365 days. Fees are paid upfront and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made with a valid credit card. Membership cannot be purhcased with gift cards or account credit.

GrabOne may offer:

  • Discounted rates during promotions
  • Free memberships via partner offers
  • Other membership tiers with different fees/benefits

You’ll be charged when the membership starts or renews. Membership auto-renews unless cancelled.

Important: By joining, you agree to automatic renewal and authorise GrabOne to charge your saved payment method.

5. Monthly Membership Credits

As a Perks member, you will receive a $15 GrabOne Credit on the 2nd of every calendar month. This credit will be sent to your nominated email address. You must be opted in to marketing emails to receive the credit. The credit code is a unique, single-use code assigned to you and should not be shared. A minimum spend of $50 is required to use the credit. Your credit code must be redeemed by the end of the calendar month in which it is issued. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent months.

If you join the Perks membership mid-way through a month, you will receive your credit for that month within 48 hours of joining the Perks membership.

6. Membership Term and Renewals

Membership starts on signup and renews automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

If your payment method fails but is later updated and charged, the new period starts from that date. Continued failed payments may result in cancellation.

7. Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time. GrabOne may terminate it immediately without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms or the law
  • You misuse your membership
  • Your GrabOne account is terminated

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrabOne is not liable for:

  • Losses not caused directly by us
  • Business-related losses (e.g. profits, data, goodwill)
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays beyond our control

If GrabOne is liable, our responsibility is limited to re-supplying benefits or covering their cost.

These Terms do not affect your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.

9. Assignment

You may not transfer your membership or share your login. Credits and benefits are non-transferable.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version and emailing you. Changes take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.

Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you should cancel your membership.

If you cancel within 14 days of a change you believe is unfair, contact us — we may refund the unused portion of your fee.
