Course One: Piatto Di Antipasto (to share) - goat cheese and mixed berry roulade, chicken liver parfait, grape jelly crystals, home made dip and chutney, marinated olives from our vineyard and breads from Plume Bakery in Matakana
Course Two: Kokoda - traditional Fijian ceviche with coconut cream, onion, chilli and lime
Course Three: Beef Polpette - truffle mushroom risotto, red onion and beetroot marmalade, shaved parmesan

Blackout dates for dinner: February 20/27, March 6/13/20/27, April 17. Lunch on these dates will be a short service ending at 2 pm when the restaurant needs to be vacated – last booking on these dates for lunch at 12 pm only.
