First Course

Drink: Peachcello Spritz or Mockpeach Spritz

• Smoked snapper fishcake, fennel, orange & watercress, red harissa & Greek yoghurt
• Cured beef bresaola, chevre, pickled veg, truffled honey, parmesan, pear, rye & walnuts
• West Coast whitebait fritter with lime mayo, julienne potato, lemon & micro salad greens
• Mushroom, truffle & walnut pate served with beetroot relish, truffle oil & sourdough toast

Second Course

Drink: Cosmolini or Cosmockolini

• Poached egg on sourdough toast with streaky bacon, smashed avocado & hollandaise
• Duck nasi goreng with kecap manis, mung beans, bok choy & a fried egg with chilli salt
• Seafood chowder with fino sherry, sweetcorn, potato, crayfish oil & sourdough toast
• Zany Zeus halloumi, carrots, chickpeas, rocket, quinoa, cranberries, saffron dressing

Third Course

Drink: Espresso Martini or Salted Caramel White Russian Mocktail  

• Flourless chocolate torte with raspberry coulis, chantilly mascarpone & salted caramel corn
• Belgian waffle with cinnamon-spiced apple, Anzac biscuit crumble, custard & vanilla gelato
• Chilled makrut lime & coconut rice pudding, preserved peaches, passionfruit & ginger sorbet
• Over the Moon triple cream Brie served with walnut bread, crackers, grapes & quince paste
