• Prawn dogs, miso mayo and herbs
• Aged beef tartare hens yolk, pecorino and toasted sourdough
• Cauliflower croquettes, cilantro mayo, parmesan and lemon
• Smoked fish rillettes, chive creme, pumpernickel and pickled radish
• House pickles and ferments with toasted breads

Main:

• Pulled Beef Cheek Wellington -  jus, miso, horseradish creme, rocket salad and macadamia crumb
• Pork Belly - celeriac puree, charred pineapple and parsley oil 
• Garlic Butter Beef Burger -  caramelised onion, lettuce and pickles with fries
• White Fish - onion broth, pumpkin and kale smash and bacon emulsion
