• Beef and Reef - 300gm scotch fillet, wilted spinach, mushroom, and panko prawns served with jus 
• King Salmon - Salmon fillet, couscous salad, steamed vegetables served with lemon butter sauce 
• Italian Chicken Breast - Italian herbs marinated chicken breast, mashed potato, sauteed vegetables served with creamy mushroom and white wine sauce 
• Butter Chicken - Delicacy of barbecued chicken cooked in creamy tomato sauce served with rice
