• Breads: Served toasted with homemade dips and spreads on arrival
• Entrée: Bouillabaisse — Provençal-style French fish & shellfish stew with saffron, garlic, tomato and orange, served with fresh French bread
• Main: Herb Buttered Crayfish Tail* on seafood velouté with julienne carrots, beetroot chutney & caviar, or Scotch Fillet with buttered seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes au jus
