Entrees:

• Buffalo Cauliflower (GF) - Spice marinated fried cauliflower served with curried puree, pickled red cabbage and homemade spiced sauce

• Crispy Peri-Peri Chicken - Crispy peri-peri chicken thighs tossed on peri-peri glaze served with 

  house salad

• Seafood Chowder - A thick creamy soup made from a selection of NZ’s freshest & finest Seafood. Served with garlic bread

• Slow Cooked Pork Belly (GF) - Slow braised Canterbury pork belly served with parmesan risotto, cauliflower puree, pickles and Asian soy ginger glaze

Mains:

• Akaroa Salmon (GF) - Fresh local salmon fillet, pan seared with crisp skin, served with, garlic mash, steamed bok choy, pickled red cabbage & creamy caper sauce
• Thai Seafood Curry (GF & DF) - Thai seafood curry with coconut base cooked with mussels, prawns, prawns, fish, and squid served with steamed rice
• Canterbury Lamb Shank (GF) - Slowly braised Canterbury lamb shank in a rich herb, red wine and balsamic stock served with beetroot & potato mash, sautéed green veggies and lamb jus
• New Zealand BBQ Pork Ribs (GF) - Slow braised oven baked & finished with our homemade BBQ sauce, served with fries, aioli & house salad
• Stuffed Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with tarragon , bacon, and mushroom served with fried cheesy risotto balls, seasonable veggies , red wine plum cherry sauce and pickled red cabbage
• Spinach Risotto (GF) - Spinach risotto cooked with white wine and vegetable stock, served with grill vegetable tossed with capsicum cauli and roasted egg plant chutney

Desserts:

• Vanilla Creme Brulee - a thick creamy based custard served with almond apricot biscotti
• Banoffee Pie - a gooey banana caramel on a biscuit base, Italian meringue and vanilla ice cream
• Cheesecake of the Day 
• Black Forest Brownie - flourless double chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
