Monday- Friday Lunch Bowl Specials:
Tapsilgo- marinated beef slices cooked in garlic, soy sauce, lemon, vinegar and a dash of honey on rice
Tocilog-thin porl slices cooked in its own marinade of garlic, soy sauce, paprika, pepper and honey served on rice
Chicken Adobo- marinated chicken slow-cooked in garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorn and annatto seeds served on rice
Barbsilog- grilled pork skewers generously marinated in Filipino barbeque baste served on rice
Vegetable Afritada- tomato-based stew with carrots, chickpeas, capsicum and potatoes on rice
Mains:
Escabeche- pan fried fish topped with ginger, capsicum and carrots sauteed in sweet n' sour sauce
Garlic Prawns ng Roxas- pan-seared prawns in garlic, chillies and white wine
Bacoloed Chicken Inasal- grilled marinated chicken with atchara and sinamak on the side
Adobong Ilonggo- marinated chicken and pork slow-cooked in garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns and annatto seeds
Desserts:
Leche Flan- coconut custard topped with fresh fruits, dehydrated orange and icecream
Turon- wrapped plantain and jackfruit with fresh fruits and ice cream on the side
Halo Halo- popular Filipino dessert that means assorted
