• Pure South Handpicked Eye Fillet - baby carrots, roasted cauliflower puree, jus, confit shallots, leek ash 
• Rigatoni Alla Puttanesca - capers, Sicilian olives, cashew parmesan, Italian parsley

• Macaron - pistachio buttercream, lemon curd, raspberry gel, fairy floss 

• The Queen of Spirits - Gin, spiced up with black peppers and green chillies. Delightfully married with peach syrup that mellows down on the palate with a hint of orange flavour. Served with gold leaf popcorn.
