Amie uses an innovative pressurized screw cap (that is 100% recyclable) capable of maintaining the pressure within the bottle not only before opening but also capable of holding the bubbles for up to 1-2 days stored in the fridge and resealed. “The convenience of a regular screw cap but for bubbles.”
• A wine full of floral and fruit intensity with aromas of kaffir lime, fresh apple, and lemon pie bringing a slightly sweet, toasty note
• On the palate, the wine is off-dry with full fruit flavours, fine acidity, and soft, persistent bubbles. A lingering finish of citrus fruit flavours is rounded by a slight honey note
• Best enjoyed with appetisers, canapés or as an aperitif, but is always best enjoyed with friends
