• $1,299 for a 4.5KW heat pump (RAS-35YHA4), $2,199 including installation
• $1,549 for a 6.1KW heat pump (RAS-50YHA3), $2,599 including installation
   

Details:

• RAS-25YHA4 has a 3.2KW heating capacity, 2.5KW cooling capacity, suitable for a room size of approximately 10-20 sqm (107-215 sqfeet)
• RAS-35YHA4 has 4.5KW heating capacity, 3.5KW cooling capacity, suitable for a room size of approximately 40 sqm (430sqfeet)
• RAS-50YHA3 has 6.1KW heating capacity, 5.0KW cooling capacity, suitable for a room size of approximately 50 sqm (538sqfeet)

Details regarding installation process:

If an installed unit is purchased, customers must contact [email protected] with their contact details and the physical address for where the heat pump will be installed. From there we will arrange a time for one of our installers to go see you and arrange a time for install.

For installed units, the following information needs to be considered:

Installation is based on a ‘back to back’ install within five metres - a back to back install is defined as where the indoor unit is on an exterior wall and the outdoor unit is directly behind and below the indoor unit on the exterior of the house. (diagram pictured)

Things to consider for customers

• Number of windows or glass doors (effect of morning or afternoon sun on the room)
• Whether the house is insulated
• What is the size of the area you would like the heat pump to be placed, and is the unit of adequate size? (heat pump capacity to be based on the room that the unit is installed in only)
• Whether there is a suitable power access on the wall where indoor unit will be placed (any power sources that share with kitchens will not be adequate for use)
• For every turn in the pipework, this is considered an additional metre

Install prices do not include any of the following:

• Wiring back to the ‘switch board’ if required
• Brackets for outdoor unit should the unit need to be physically attached to the base of the house
• Any additional piping if required outside of five metres
• Condensate pumps (should the piping need to go through the ceiling due the lack of a gravity feed pipe option)
• For any unit only sales, must have an accredited installer install the unit in order to get a COC and be valid for the six-year Hitachi warranty
